Bought a 2020 Expedition. Two weeks after purchase my check engine light came on, I called the sales guy immediately. He clearly did not care at all. The next day after one call I was transferred on 6 times then sent to a voicemail after 37 minutes, I called back. On that call I was told a manager would have to call me back. We started looking for a car the end of January, Cody reached out to me after my internet search on their website and kept in contact with me until we were ready to make the purchase (almost 30 days). I felt like Cody really listened to what we were looking for and asked questions to make sure he was finding exactly what we were looking for. The salesman lied about a $2,000 markup. I am very disappointed in this dealership as a first time car buyer. They took total advantage of me, knowing I knew nothing about markups. The markup was never necessary and mandatory for ALL KIA DEALERSHIPS like they said Kia had told them.
